Prosedur ini sebenarnya dari Intel dan kami hanya menjalankan prosedur bahwa processor Intel box dengan paket dalam box : processor, tempat processor plastik, dan HSF adalah suatu kesatuan unit retail processor Intel yang lengkap. Untuk itu harap dimengerti karena produsen memiliki prosedural yang berbeda-beda.

Sebetulnya RMA processor bisa dilakukan oleh user langsung ke Intel lewat email apacsupport@mailbox.intel.com untuk request form-form yang harus diisi. Apabila Intel menerima klaim itu maka Feddex akan mengambil barang ke konsumen dan semua biaya akan ditanggung Intel Asia Pacific di Malaysia.
